Season 4-5 Jan's Pregnancy
Jan is pregnant in the last episode of season 4, and gives birth by the 3rd episode of season 5.  When Michael first runs into her in Season 4, she reveals her pregnant belly.  She is sort of big, but nothing special occurs.

Season 5
Karen, played by Rashida Jones, returns in Season 5 for episode 16-17 "Lecture Circuit" in which she is revealed to be 8 months pregnant.  There  is nothing special about the belly, but it is a chance to see the beautiful Rashida Jones pregnant.

Season 6
Pam is pregnant over the course of this season.  She wears her typical office warddrobe, sweaters and dresses, but she does get pretty big towards the end.  A funny joke is thrown in here or there, but otherwise it is a fairly uneventful show pregnancy.  She gives birth in episode 17-18, "The Delivery".

Season 8
The season starts off with Pam being pregnant again, and is already pretty far along. Jenna Fisher is pregnant in real life, and looks really good. She wears a purple shirt through most of the first episode and looks really round (check out the picture on the upper right).  As the season goes on, she gets really big. Also, Angela is pregnant but is abnormally small, and based on her character she may also be faking the pregnancy.
